Yakudoshi is the ages that is said there are many disaster.

Man is 25,41,42,43,61ages.

Woman is 19,32,33,34,37ages.

When they become that age, make a purification ceremony.

七五三 Shichigosan ～ Seven-Five-Three Festival.

Shichigosan is the event in celebration of the growth of the child.

The target is three year old boys and girls, boys of five years old, and girl of seven years old.

They go to the shrine on November 15.

Wishes of the parent for the child is included in this event.

婚活 Konkatu ～ Japanese who want to get married.

Marriage is important in Japan.

This may be an outdated way of thinking.

There are many who enjoy a life of their own freedom without choosing a marriage.

Namahage wearing a mask of the ogre,and have an ax or kitchen knife.

 

節分 Setsubun ~ Event to ward off calamity.

February 3,this day is the turn of the season in Japan.

It's currently believed that bad things dwells in such a season.

So,it is necessary that we get rid of them.

Of course,modern Japanese do not really believe that.

As a convention,they have enjoyed the event.

花見 hanami ~ Enjoy the cherry blossoms!

The Japanese love cherry blossoms.
