This time, let's talk a little scary.
There are a lot of scary story in Japan.
Among them, this is a true story in the present age.
There is a temple that Chusonji in Iwate Prefecture.
In this area,ruins of those in power in the past is left a lot.
Chusonji is one of them,it has a building Konjikido which is covered with gold leaf all.
This those in power is Fujiwara clan.
They were a UNESCO World Cultural Heritage Site in 2011.
One morning,Norio Yamada (he is Folklorist) became a difficulty walking by sudden pain in the right knee.
He tried the treatment, but He did not healed at all.
He then saw a strange dream.
In his dream,he walks the street while rubbing the painful right knee.
Road leads to the building of gold.
He met the monk on the way.
He asked the monk,WHERE AM I?
Monk does not talk.
He approach the building,it shines even more.
The dream ends.
He saw the same dream many times.
And he thought.
‘That building is Konjikido of Chusonji.’
‘Pain in the right knee might curse of Fujiwara...’
Because,he had a portion of the mummy of Fujiwara,by strange relations.
Four mummy of Fujiwara clan is enshrined in Konjikido.
Previously, there was three scholar who was exposed the grave in order to investigate this mummy.
When they was investigation,right knee of the mummy was chipped.
Scholars brought back the shards.
However, three men ran into accident at immediately.
All of three people were injured right knee.
The causes is,train wreck,fall from the stairs, and arthritis.
They were afraid.
They were convinced that this is a curse of Fujiwara.
And, they gave away a piece of mummy to Yamada, with hope of resolve.
That's why, Yamada got the body of Fujiwara.
Yamada thought this body must be back to the original place.
So, he was contact to monk of Chusonji.
Yamada told all.
And he asked what to do.
Monk who heard the story, was surprised.
And monk said like this.
‘You open coffin of Konjikido is much more difficult than open the safe deposit box of the Bank of Japan.
I also hope that you return his body. But the coffin never open anymore.’
After all,it did not come true.
At a later date, Yamada was posted this experience to the magazine .
There was a great response to this.
However, inquiry of curiosity so many, he was troubled in the correspondence.
Then, Yamada was buried somewhere in the Chusonji the part of the body of the Fujiwara.
Only he knows where he buried.
